Led by Dina Alexander, M.S., Educate and Empower Kids (EEK) doesn't just provide resources - we're on a mission to equip parents and educators with the tools they need to ignite true empowerment in kids within the Digital Age. Our inventory of resources goes beyond the ordinary, urging you to forge profound connections with your children through meaningful family dialogues, and purposeful parenting. At the heart of our philosophy lies a belief that empowering kids in today's world entails more than just setting rules; it's about instilling digital citizenship, honing media literacy, and fostering a healthy understanding of sexuality, including the crucial awareness of online pornography's dangers. Our children's books that go beyond the surface: Messages About Me: Sydney's Story and Messages About Me: Wade's Story, guide parents and children through discussions about healthy body image. Then comes Noah's New Phone, an essential tool to steer conversations toward positive digital citizenship. And let's not forget Petra's Power to See: A Media Literacy Adventure, a journey that nurtures critical thinking in the realm of media.
