Dr. Bill English is an experienced entrepreneur, author, speaker, and business advisor specializing in small-business ownership issues. Bill draws on his experience in leading companies to help business owners through difficult transitions and turnarounds. Bill led a national training company for twelve years. He has also served as an interim CEO for a $2M retail company, a $23M warehouse/distribution company, and a $25M health care company with 550 employees. He now works as an executive coach (onpathcoaching.com) for faith-based business owners who aspire to improve their performance as business owners.Bill holds two master's degrees, one in divinity and the other in counseling psychology, both from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. He has a PhD in Business Management from the International Business Relations Network (Berlin) in partnership with Kairos University (formerly North American Baptist Seminary) in Sioux Falls, SD. He holds two post-graduate certificates from Villanova University, one in strategic organizational leadership and the other in business process management, and a third post-graduate certificate in negotiations from the University of Notre Dame.Bill is a Minnesota Licensed Psychologist (MA, LP) and holds a post-graduate certificate in Bowen Family Therapy from the Minnesota Institute of Family Dynamics. He is certified to use the Hogan Leadership Assessment tools and is a Myers-Briggs MBTI Certified Practitioner. Bill is also a Rule 114 Minnesota Qualified Neutral (inactive).Bill has written fourteen technical books (Exchange and SharePoint) for publishers like Addison Wesley, Sybex, Osborne McGraw Hill, and Microsoft Press. Bill was named a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional for eleven years (SharePoint). Bill has appeared weekly on Faith Radio (myfaithradio.com) for over eleven years to discuss integrating faith and business ownership. He is the publisher of Bible and Business (bibleandbusiness.com) and offers executive coaching services through OnPath Coaching (onpathcoaching.com).He has been married to Kathy for over thirty years.
