Parthipan ist Professor in der Abteilung für Agrarwirtschaft, AC&RI, Madurai. Er verfügt über ein umfangreiches Wissen in seinem Beruf und hat viele Forschungsartikel in renommierten Zeitschriften veröffentlicht.
