Mustafa Karahan is an internationally active orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports traumatology, knee and shoulder surgery, and arthroscopy. He is Adjunct Professor of Orthopedics at Acibadem Mehmet Ali Aydinlar University, Istanbul where he is involved in CASE (Center for Advance Simulation and Training), which hosts the European Basic Arthroscopy course and Arthroplasty courses. A previous member of the ESSKA executive board and previous editor of the ESSKA Academy, he has published more than 100 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals, and has authored multiple book chapters. Sachin Tapasvi is one of the leading joint replacement surgeons practicing in Pune, has been awarded several Fellowships and has gained extensive experience both abroad and in India. He holds specialty outpatient clinics and performs major surgeries including total knee replacement (TKR), revision TKR, total Hip replacement (THR), revision THR, and arthroscopic knee and shoulder reconstructions. Annunziato Amendola is a Professor of Orthopedic Surgery and Chief of Sports Medicine at Duke University. His clinical and research interests focus on improving the understanding, prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports and activity-related problems of the knee and ankle. He was involved in the development of arthroscopic and biologic resurfacing techniques for ankle and knee following joint injuries João Duarte Coelho do Sameiro Espregueira-Mendes is specializes in sports orthopedics, traumatology and knee surgery. During his career, he has been engaged in scientific research, university teaching, leadership of both national and international scientific societies and as Clinical Director of the Clinica do Dragão, Espregueira-Mendes Sports Centre – FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence. He was the President of the ESSKA and of the ESSKA Foundation in 2012-2014.
