Maria Jose ist eine begeisterte Wissenschaftlerin und Tauchlehrerin und lebt in Playa del Carmen, Mexiko. Sie hat in Guelph, Kanada, Ökologie studiert und an der University of Essex, Großbritannien, einen Master gemacht.
