He's enthusiastic about fitness, golf, travel, and spending time with his family. Professionally, Ian is an Expert EOS Implementer, helping leadership teams build strong, self-sustaining businesses through the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS(R)). With decades of experience in executive coaching, facilitation, and organizational strategy, he has guided countless companies to simplify their operations, gain traction, and achieve their vision.
