Lucia ist derzeit Mitglied der Abteilung für Managementpsychologie an der Fakultät für Management der Universität Preov in Preov, Slowakei. Sie widmet sich dem Studium und der Erforschung von Managementfähigkeiten und -kompetenzen und unterrichtet als Absolventin der Britischen und Amerikanischen Studien auch Englisch für Tourismus und Management.
