Colleen Muske has been an artist most of her life. She has studied at Minneapolis Community College, Minneapolis College of Art and Design, and dozens of workshops, conferences, and private artists' studios. After taking her first children's book illustration class, Colleen knew that children's books were her calling. Colleen lives in Stillwater, Minnesota, in a creaky old cottage, with her husband, three dogs, and two cats. Her horse Gus lives close by on her daughter's farm.
