Mametekov D.G. est né à Ayaguz, au Kazakhstan. De 2001 à 2005, il a étudié à KAZGYUU, où il s'est spécialisé dans le domaine de la ' justice et des organes judiciaires '. Deuxième cycle d'études supérieures avec une spécialisation en ' logistique des transports ' à l'Académie kazakhe des transports et des communications. Plus de 15 ans de travail dans une entreprise internationale. Il a grandement contribué au développement de la logistique au Kazakhstan.
