The COVID-19 pandemic has brought about lasting changes to the economy, rendering it unlikely to revert to its pre-pandemic state. The nation implemented a comprehensive lockdown starting on March 23rd. On 23 March, the commencement of the lockdown resulted in the suspension of a wide range of services and factories. In the present context, engaging in offline purchasing has become increasingly challenging and fraught with potential risks. The utilisation of online shopping will serve as a catalyst in enticing consumers to leverage the benefits of internet technology. Hence, it is imperative to comprehend the impact of the current pandemic on clients' online purchasing behaviour.
