Er wuchs mit einer großen Faszination für Technik und Energie auf, und dieses Interesse führte dazu, dass er schon früh mit dem Lesen in Berührung kam, da er sich zu Geschichten aus dem Bereich der Technik hingezogen fühlte. Er ist Doktor der Philosophie in technischen Wissenschaften. Er arbeitet als Lehrer am Andijan Machine Building Institute.
