Dr. Mitra Akbari is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at Guilan University of Medical Sciences in Rasht, Iran. She completed her ophthalmology training in Shiraz and pursued a fellowship in cornea and anterior segment in Tehran. Her work focuses on corneal diseases, and she has published extensively in leading ophthalmology journals.
