This work seeks, through the social business model, to identify the essential variables that will serve as strategic levers for retirement homes. The terrain selected for this study is the high-income elderly (strata 5 and 6) in Colombia. This book also shows how, thanks to the cross impact mapping (MIC), the essential variables can be categorized, and the strategic maneuvers that, by acting on these variables, could lead to the realization of the scenarios desired by the social entrepreneur.
