Dr Stephen Codrington is Founder and President of Optimal School Governance, a specialist consultancy service that supports school leaders and their boards globally. He is an experienced Head of School, having served as Principal of five schools in four countries over 25 years. He is currently Chair of the Board at Djarragun College, a day and boarding school for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students in Cairns, Australia.
