The general aim of this book is to show the difficulties encountered by Executive Secretarial (ES) professionals in entering the job market. To this end, a qualitative study was carried out, with in-depth interviews with Executive Secretarial professionals and Human Resources managers. Antonia Aline Rodrigues ha conseguito una laurea in Segreteria esecutiva trilingue presso l'UFRR (2014). È segretaria del direttore della Divisione Bilancio e Finanze della FEMARH. Jaqueline Silva da Rosa è dottoranda in Amministrazione (UNISINOS). Ha conseguito un Master in Amministrazione e si è specializzata in Educazione biocentrica e Psicologia organizzativa e del lavoro. È docente a tempo indeterminato presso l'UFRR.
