Autorenporträt
In 1970 graduated Tashkent State University-physicist. In 1977 has ended a postgraduate course at Leningrad (Sankt Petersburg) Physic-Technical Institute Academies of sciences. In 2004 has passed WMD training at the Hanford Nuclear Site (INTERDICT/RADACAD). In 2005 was trained at the Monterey IIS. Doctor of philosophy in physics.
