Jody Seymour is a retired United Methodist pastor who served for fifty-two years in eight churches. He is the author of eight books, including Telling the Story, He Threw the Elephant in the Bayou, The Christian Skeptic, Lost but Making Excellent Time, and Marking the Gospel. He and his wife reside in Davidson, North Carolina.
