This monograph is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the formation and development of gender equality in international law, as well as the peculiarities of its realization in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The first section examines the key stages in the formation of the global movement for women's rights, the role of international conferences and basic conventions, in particular the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), in ensuring gender equality. Autorenporträt
Umarova Julduzhon nasceu em 13 de janeiro de 1997 em Fergana. Em 2015-2019, obteve o grau de bacharel pelo Instituto Pedagógico Estatal de Kokand e, em 2019-2021, o grau de mestre pela Universidade Nacional do Uzbequistão. Participou com artigos científicos em mais de 30 conferências e fóruns internacionais e nacionais.
