Autorenporträt
Carrie Brown was born and raised in Northwest Indiana and has spent the last 30 years as an elementary school teacher. A mother of four, she found her spiritual path while attending Purdue University, in Lafayette, Indiana. While attending Purdue, she became involved with Intervarsity Christian Fellowship, which set her spiritual foundation in place. In recent years, she has had the privilege of leading the women's ministry at her church, encouraging others in their spiritual journeys. Poetry has always been an important outlet for Carrie, helping her to process her own spiritual journey; She hopes that this book of poems will inspire reflection, growth and hope in her readers.
