Mike Carey, also known by his pen name M. R. Carey, is a British writer of comic books, novels and films, whose credits include the long-running The Sandman spin-off series Lucifer, a three-year stint on Hellblazer, as well as his creator-owned titles Crossing Midnight and The Unwritten for DC Comics' Vertigo imprint, a lengthy run on Marvel's X-Men, the 2014 novel The Girl with All the Gifts and its 2016 film adaptation. Co-Creator, writer and artist of SACRED CREATURES, Pablo Raimondi’s work also includes BOOKS OF DOOM, with Ed Brubaker (Marvel Comics), MADROX and X-FACTOR, with Peter David (Marvel Comics), SUPERMAN: MAN OF STEEL and BATMAN (DC Comics), THE MAGIC CANE, with Maria Celeste Arraras (Scholastic), and many others. He currently resides in New York City. José Antonio Villarrubia Jiménez-Momediano is a Spanish-American artist and educator who has done considerable work in the American comic book industry, particularly as a colorist.
