Zahida N. Gohar a travaillé sur ce sujet dans le cadre de son doctorat et occupe actuellement un poste d'enseignante associée à l'université de Karachi. Le professeur Rafiq Ahmad enseigne et mène des recherches à l'université de Karachi dans le domaine de l'agriculture et du reboisement dans des conditions arides. Le Dr D. Khan est affilié à l'université de Karachi où il enseigne la biostatistique.
