Autorenporträt
Ümran Durmaz was born in Vienna in 1990. After completing her studies to become a teacher of history and psychology/philosophy, she worked as a private proofreader. Her interest in health and nutrition became apparent when she was writing her thesis. In autumn 2017, she will begin teaching in Vienna.
