Rafi Ullah a obtenu sa licence en économie en 2014 auprès d'un institut pakistanais réputé (IM Sciences Peshawar), qui figure parmi les cinq meilleures écoles de commerce du Pakistan. Il a obtenu son MS en économie et finance en 2017 avec d'excellentes notes et l'appréciation de ses professeurs.
