My objective is to show how the Dutch Islamic scholar at the beginning of the 1920s presented the egalitarian and anti-racist standpoint of Islam he called "system Islam" and the Prophet Muhammad in the context of the "racial theory" and the prevailing colonialism, by addressing the topic starting from the concept of "division/separation". I firmly believe that the term "race" is a construct. There are thus "no" races at all, but at the same time those who oppose any division of humanity into races should deal with the theme of the "race" as a construct. For I can hardly disprove a term if I do not first put it into my mouth. The use of the word is wrong, but the lack of use by the people who refute it is also dangerous, because racist attitudes continue to be widespread, and we must oppose them forcefully."" ... The word "racism" goes back to the word "race". And those who ignore the word "race", also as a "non-existent construct", can no longer effectively and dynamically oppose any "racist" or "race-related" attitude, because they exclude this attitude as non-existent. And this is especially true today in Mauritania, where slavery still has a share of racial slavery, although the racialisation of slavery does not explain the overall phenomenon of slavery in Mauritania. Dr. Phil. Milena Rampoldi, 1973 in Bozen geboren, studierte in Italien Theologie, Pädagogik, Philosophie und Orientalistik, um dann in Wien zum Thema der arabophonen Korandidaktik im deutschen Sprachraum zu promovieren. Sie arbeitete als Fremdsprachlehrerin . 2014 gründete sich den Verein ProMosaik e.V. für die interkulturelle Kommunikation (www.promosaik.com). Die Themen ihrer Bücher beziehen sich im Beson-deren auf die islamische Religion, Kultur und Geschichte und auf den islamischen Feminismus und die Menschenrechte. Sie verfolgt mit ihren Texten das Ziel des Dialogs zwischen den Religionen und ist der Überzeugung, dass man durch die Annäherung an die Geschichte auch die Gegenwart besser verstehen kann, um eine Zukunft im Sinne der Gerechtigkeit und des Friedens aufbauen zu können.
