Produktbeschreibung
This work is based on two care situations which led me to question the concepts of representation, emerging psychosis, empowerment and therapeutic alliance. The identification and problematization of the subject allowed me to highlight the difficulties encountered by caregivers in their relationships with patients suffering from emerging psychosis. The literature and epidemiological data have highlighted the national challenge and the need to improve this specific support. The qualitative method seemed to me the most appropriate to carry out this study and to have access to the representations of thirteen nurses with whom I carried out semi-structured interviews, in three different establishments. The specificity of emerging psychosis, the difficulties encountered, knowledge of the concept of empowerment, the definition of the therapeutic alliance, the levers, the obstacles and the needs of the teams are the main themes addressed by the nurses.
