The author was born September 1981 in Durame Town Kambatta Tembaro Zone SNNPRS of Ethiopia. He pursued his BA degree in Civics and Ethical Studies from Hawassa University and MA degree in Governance studies Bule-Hora University. Currently he is working as a lecturer in Wachemo University Durame Campus.
