Indenopyrazoles are the novel drugs used to treat cancer. An insilico study has been performed to understand the most active analogue by 3D QSAR methods by the implication of CoMFA and CoMSIA studies which would help us to predict the activity of the drug. Docking studies has also been performed to determine the interaction of the analogues. In this book, a brief study of the indenopyrazole and its analogues has been done. This study aims to design a QSAR model by which a new analogue can be developed which on further study could act as a potent cdk4 inhibitor to treat cancer.
