He holds a degree in Literature from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (1997); a specialisation in Portuguese Language Teaching from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (2003); Specialisation in Creation and Production in Electronic Media - Radio and TV - from Uni-Bh (2006); Master's degree in Language and Literature from the Centre for Higher Education of Juiz de Fora (2004).
