Der Autor macht einen PhD. D. am Institut für internationale Beziehungen der Shah Abdul Latif Universität, Khairpur, Sindh, Pakistan. Davor hat er an demselben Institut einen MA und einen M.Phil gemacht und arbeitet jetzt als Fakultätsmitglied an demselben Institut.Er hat bereits zwei Bücher geschrieben und dies ist das dritte Buch, das von Lambert Academic veröffentlicht wurde.
