This book focuses on employee protection in Morocco, analyzing regulations, standards and practice.The first part examines employee protection through the prism of the Moroccan labor code, highlighting legal provisions designed to guarantee fundamental rights such as wages, working hours, freedom of association and registration with the national social security fund.
