The human work environment, as well as the interpersonal relationships inherent to it, has changed over time. The challenge today is to try to reconcile the categories of work, individual, and organization. Thus, Quality of Life at Work (QLW) is a topic that has gained importance within modern public and private organizations, especially since the 1990s. In this work, the author diagnoses perceptions of QWL among the civil servants surveyed and compares these perceptions according to the variables of position, gender, region of work, education, length of service, and remuneration.
