O Dr. P. Samuel trabalha como professor assistente no Departamento de Biotecnologia do Bishop Heber College (Autónomo), Tiruchirappalli. É titular do grau de doutor em Microbiologia e iniciou a sua carreira docente em 2006/09/01. Atualmente, tem 17 anos de experiência de ensino.
