Pranab Kumar Panday is Professor of Public Administration at the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Central Queensland University, Australia. Focussing on South Asia, his experience includes public policy, governance, urban and local government, and gender studies. His previous publications with Routledge are Women Empowerment in South Asia (2016), Government and NGOs in South Asia (co-authored with M. J. H. Majumdar, 2020) and Gender Responsive Budgeting in South Asia (co-authored with S. Chowdhury, 2022). Abdullah-Al-Maruf obtained an MSS in Public Administration from the Department of Public Administration at the University of Rajshahi. He is currently a Senior Officer at Trust Bank Limited in Bangladesh.
