Licenciou-se no programa de pós-graduação em 2015 na Universidade Estatal de Transportes Ferroviários de São Petersburgo, em homenagem ao Imperador Alexandre I.Kakharov Zaitzhan Vasidovich - Professor Associado do Departamento de Engenharia Ferroviária da Universidade Estatal de Transportes de Tashkent.
