Desmond Amiegbebhor hat einen Doktortitel in Verkehrsgeographie und ist ein führender Praktiker in der Verkehrsplanung und -verwaltung. Er ist sowohl Forscher als auch Gastdozent an der Universität von Lagos in der Fakultät für Verkehrswesen, wo er Verkehrsthemen unterrichtet.
