This research aims to analyze the relationship between motivational factors and the quality of learning in students in the fourth and fifth years of the careers of the Department of Economic and Administrative Sciences of the Multidisciplinary Regional Faculty of Chontales of the UNAN MANAGUA (UNAN - FAREM Chontales), conducted in the period of the second semester of 2017. The study was framed in the mixed approach, the type and design of the research was of correlational character since it examines the relation that exists between the motivational factors and the quality of the learning of the students under study supported by a documentary and field research.
