The results reveal that mwanza is perceived by society as a mystical illness, a spell caused by jealousy, generational conflicts, theft, etc. As a result, therapeutic remedies are often not available. As a result, therapeutic recourse is centered on the "Nganga kissi" fetishists or the "Nganga Zambé" churchmen. Prevention and control require a combination of good behavior, living together and respect for the code of ethics.
