ORLENA KEREK, MD, is trained as a pediatric doctor. She teaches moms and their families to lead healthy lives in a way that is easy and fun. Check out her podcast, Fit and Fabulous at 40 and Beyond, and her book, Building Simple Habits to a Healthy Me. Her sons, Galen and Dante, were 13 and 11 when they helped Dr. Orlena write this book. They love math, science, and playing computer games, so working on this book was great fun for them! April Hartmann is an illustrator, animator, graphic designer, and writer. She earned her BFA in Illustration at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, and has been a professional illustrator for more than 25 years. Her artwork is featured in kids’ magazines, on toys and packaging, and she has illustrated many books for children. "The Dream Keepers" is her first book as a published author.
