JDPI Département de littérature ouzbèke mudiri, docteur en sciences philologiques Doniyarova Poira Khursanovna est né en 1967 dans le district d'Urgut de la région de Samarcande. Il est diplômé de la Faculté de philologie de l'Université d'État de Samarcande. En 2000, il a soutenu sa thèse de doctorat sur le thème " L'originalité artistique-méthodique de Shukur Kholmirzaev ".
