This is the era of the Renewal of Gabonese politics, embodied by the political theory ofoligoism. Christian Dior MOULOUNGUI, far from appearing superfluous, coined a new concept, l'oliguism. This concept opens up new perspectives on Gabonese politics. L'oliguism is a political theory that is immensely revealing and restorative of a political will to refound the Gabonese social contract. It advocates, among other things, a return to republican values, and the logic of a continuum of change towards happiness.
