Cane Koteski è nato il 01-07-1964 a Prilep. Il suo campo di interesse è la cartografia. Dal 2008, dopo aver conseguito il dottorato di ricerca, il prof. Cane Koteski lavora come assistente universitario presso l'Università Goce Delcev, Repubblica di Macedonia. In precedenza ha ricoperto il ruolo di preside della scuola secondaria di Economia a Prilep.
