Serge ILUNGA MUAMBA licenciou-se na Faculdade de Ciências Sociais, Políticas e Administrativas no Departamento de Sociologia da Universidade de Lubumbashi em 2018, onde foi laureado. É investigador e investigador do Laboratoire de Recherche en Sciences Sociales, Economiques et Politiques (LARSEP) desde 2019.
