Autorenporträt
Conference Facilitator/Public Speaker: I am a seventy-three-year-old, physically fit, mentally sharp former high school and college basketball player. My cultural experience encompasses living in the North and South and interacting and communicating cross-culturally with different ethnicities. I have been married to Doris W. Ross for 46 years. She retired as a Clinical Nurse from the Mecklenburg County Health Department in January 2024. We have three adult children, Jeremy Ross (43), Kassia Ross (39), and Danielle Ross (37).My story entails approximately 50 years in ministry and the pastorate to the black and white church, and outreach ministry in urban and suburban communities. After the Lord transformed my life in 1974, I graduated from community college, majoring in "Human Services" and entered a Division II College majoring in "Sociology" and minoring in "Psychology." Next, I graduated from Seminary in 1984 in the Master of Divinity Program. I began my ministry as an Evangelist, then Pastor, Multiethnic Church Planter, Mission Developer, Professor of Urban Theology, Author, Editor, and Self-Publisher. Today I serve as a Consultant in Ministry Development.
