Dr. Philip Marchelo Draga, PhD is Associate Research Professor and lecturer in Applied Plant Pathology, at University of Juba. Born in Kajokeji, Yei River District in 1961, attended Primary Education at Moyo and Ibuga Primary Schools, Uganda during the days of the Anyanya. Repatriated back to Sudan in 1974 following signing of the Addis Ababa.
