The Gasparino Dam project was all carried out and implemented in the town of Coronel João Sá - Bahia. As part of the conditions for the project's Operating License, IPHAN sent a letter, which is a Term of Reference indicating the need for conservation and preservation of the Pedra da Igreja site.
