The condominium environment is made up of employees, who carry out various activities, including janitorial, concierge, cleaning and maintenance and administration, which aim to offer hygiene, organization and safety to the environment. However, all of these activities must be monitored by means of specific NR's such as NR-9, as determined by Ordinance 3214/78, which guarantees worker safety through the implementation of the Environmental Risk Prevention Program (PPRA). With this in mind, the aim of this study was to outline the profile of the PPRA in accordance with Regulatory Norm NR-9 for a gated community in order to guarantee a reduction in occupational risk for workers. For this and other reasons found during the preparation of the PPRA, based on the arguments mentioned above, it is necessary for the condominium through its administration to include the PPRA, the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO), among other NR's focused on occupational safety so that in the future its employees and condominium owners are not penalized for management errors.
