Autorenporträt
Grald Gutat, historian, writer, and journalist, contributes to numerous magazines both in France and abroad. His fascination with stories of the sea was born while on the masts of large sail training ships in the early 1970s, with which he crossed the Atlantic several times. A passionate helmsman of Star, he also initiated the first French challenge in the Little America's Cup, a veritable laboratory of sailing speed. He subsequently became one of the French pioneers in the history of yachting and is the author of several reference works.
