It is also an instrument of self-help, to minimise the various problems that adolescents carry within themselves, and sometimes the countless solutions that are not listened to and analysed by parents and school leaders as a whole. In the classroom I observed countless practices, often conceived by students in the classroom, which left me feeling distressed and unresponsive. Instead of taking quick action, I retreated into what I was researching, which would one day be the subject of study and analysis. When students are angry about something, in most cases it's because something isn't right with them in the family.

Elle est titulaire d'une licence en philosophie de la faculté Dom Bosco de philosophie, sciences et lettres (1990), avec une spécialisation en méthodologie et didactique de l'enseignement supérieur, d'un master en éducation de l'université fédérale du Mato Grosso (2006) et d'un doctorat en éducation de l'université fédérale d'Uberlândia-UFU.
