The United States has been a significant actor on the global stage and the world's sole hegemony since the end of the Cold War in December 1991. Term Limits for members of Congress are another challenge. Other issues are more focused on individuals, and these include the likes of credit card debt, the lack of home ownership, significant student loans, the need for a personal investment strategy, a need for a grounding in personal finances, as well as creating conditions to elevate the importance of technical skills. This book looks to address these issues through sections focused on background information, problem identification, fixes, and concluding remarks.
