Roger Menghi (born 13 August 1935) is a Luxembourgian fencer. He competed in the individual épée event at the 1976 Summer Olympics. The 1976 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXI Olympiad, were an international multi-sport event celebrated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, in 1976. Montreal was awarded the rights to the 1976 Games on May 12, 1970, at the 69th IOC Session in Amsterdam, over the bids of Moscow and Los Angeles, which later hosted the 1980 and 1984 Summer Olympic Games respectively. These were the first Olympic Games held in Canada, preceding the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary and 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.…mehr
